Lisa M. Nespeca, Founder
Lisa has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale change management, software selection and implementation, process redesign, and organization development projects.  She has worked in the philanthropy, non-profit, telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities, education and healthcare industries.  After spending a decade with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as one of the founding members of their Change Management practice, she moved on to senior leadership roles in the non-profit and corporate sectors.  Since founding ChangeVantage Consulting, she has focused on working with organizations to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency through technology, processes and people.
